Nice to meet you! I’m Mercy. I am a recent graduate from Texas State University where I acquired a Bachelor’s in Digital Media Innovation and Mass Communication, and a minor in Psychology.
With a solid foundation in customer service, I’ve used my skills in various industries including restaurant and retail. My ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally has been instrumental in building positive relationships with customers. I have a wealth of experience working collaboratively and I thrive in team environments.
Beyond my interpersonal skills, I possess a deep understanding of web design, using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and WordPress to create engaging online experiences. My proficiency in data analysis platforms like SQL, Tableau, and Python has allowed me to extract valuable insights and make data-driven decisions.
Additionally, my design skills, honed through Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign, enable me to create visually appealing content.
My minor in psychology provides me with a unique perspective, allowing me to empathize with others and understand their needs. This empathetic approach, combined with my technical expertise, makes me an asset to any team. My understanding of digital media, combined with my communication skills and knowledge of human psychology, sets me apart from others
